Angelo's Of Batesburg - Leesville

This is a hometown restaurant and they serve awesome food. The servers and other staff greet you and are awesome.

Food was so good!!! I just moved in the area and this will be my Italian go to place in the future.

I’ve never been one to waste food and will eat it even if it’s terrible. But this was simply inedible for us. The garlic knots tasted and felt like remicrowaved frozen buns that had way too much butter brushed only on the top. I could only eat half my salad because the rest was quite literally drowning in ranch. The Fettuccine Alfredo had sauce that didn’t remotely taste like Alfredo and more like a milk flavored sauce. I had the shrimp with it which was wayyyyy too overcooked that my husband audibly laughed at me biting into it when he could hear how tough it was to chew. He ordered a gyro platter that also looked and tasted like microwaved burnt spam in a can with bits of cut pita bread . The only thing we liked was the taziki sauce. Service was lacking, our waitress walked away twice before we were done speaking with her even though they were not busy and we could see her and two other waitresses just chatting in the back. They still charged us for one of the plates even tho we barely had a bite of each. I will never be back.

Best salads in Batesburg great ribeyes cooked perfect doesn't need sauce, the cauliflower 10 meat pizza is also great as well as the service and people there.

Very reasonably priced and the food is good. It’s a little bit of a drive for us but we eat there at least once a month.
