The beef carpaccio ala Cipriani is so much better than Cipriani's! Exquisite food with a menu created by a Michelin chef. The restaurant is on the second floor, so you get a view of all of Sani dunes and the sea. Best enjoyed at sunset. The service standards are high as everywhere is Sani. The atmosphere is romantic. I'm sorry because we went with great cravings, but we saw slow service, overpriced food and from Italian dishes.. Fish fillets, carpaccio are now served everywhere Disappointment Not even a bite..
