Domino's Pizza - Lehi

This location is normally pretty good to us. I would say that it's typically four star service but tonight they get one star. I tried to place an order through the app several times and was met with an unexpected error each time. I tried to get the store on the phone and waited with no answer for approximately 10 minutes while I decided to place an order through the app at another location. It went through fine so I know that it wasn't an app issue it's just this

Ordered online and it cancelled with no notice, explanation, or reason. Called the location and sat on the line for 12 min while I drove there because it said it was open until 1am. Arrived and the sign said open, but lights were off and no one was there.

Really really upset. When we were able to get delivery from the 115 W Main street location, there was never ever EVER a problem. Now this place comes in and went from, like others had said, letting a delivery pizza order just sit there for hours, to now... THEY WON 'T EVEN DELIVER AT ALL. The WORST part is that now that this store exists, it 's Legally not allowed for the GOOD dominos place to deliver to me anymore. So basically... This dominos does absolutely nothing except

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through the app at 8pm. After getting my daughter ready for bed and putting her down my husband went to pick the order up. It?s 9pm on a Friday and there?s no one there. Lights are off and doors are closed. Google says this location closes at 1am. I?ll have to call tomorrow and ask for my money back. And now my Friday night of not having to cook for just my husband and I is ruined. Thanks Dominos. Never coming to your location
