Good food and great environment, even when packed. I ordered a salad this time, I have ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries most times I go and love the BBQ'ed food. The portions are of great size and the food is extremely delicious. This time, however, I was a little disappointed by my salad. The portion and taste were still good, but the it seemed like it was rushed. The chicken I ordered on the salad was not cut up or in many places not cut all the way through. My wife's was the same way. I also only ordered the BBQ Ranch and they gave me one very small container of that and a small container of Blue Cheese. I ended up going back and getting some more but the problem is that I did not ask for Blue Cheese. Seemed like they were a little inundated with the busy ness and were not paying attention or were taking shortcuts. I still would go back.

I’m not sure what’s happened to R&R over the past few years. They used to serve incredible smoked burgers, but now the burgers are extremely dry. I’ve kept going back because their brisket and meatloaf were still good, but today I think I’ve had enough. I paid $14 for a tiny portion of brisket, some fries, and a drink. They didn’t include a dinner roll or hush puppies like they used to. Fresh lemonade is no longer available, and they only provide ketchup in these tiny packets. There were no lids for drinks either. The brisket was dry and cold, while the fries tasted like they had been left out for hours and then microwaved. I suspect management is cutting costs, which is leading to this decline in quality. It’s really disappointing because R&R used to be one of my favorite spots.

Had the chicken plate it was good. I really liked the kick the BBQ sauce had. Only complaint is the Mac and cheese was a bit dry. Like not enough cheese.

The staff is welcoming friendly. The food was hot to order. The servings were generous overall. The atmosphere was family- kid friendly. My only call out is, they gave us pork instead of chicken sliders. But they fixed it right away. If you are not signed up on their R R App, you definitely should! I used 2 coupon promotions from my App. 1st promo was for a free BBQ pork nachos. It is really for 2 adults to eat, not for 1 person. On a separate transaction, I used my 2nd promo for $10 off my transaction to get my kids meals. For 3 meals I paid $4.30 for a portion of the 2nd kids meal. We had 2 to go plates from the large servings. It's worth going, I would recommend it if you want good local BBQ.
