Smashburger - Lehi

We thought it was a late lunch and the place was dirty. There were fries and even a whole burger on the ground. The drink area was a mess. The garbage cans were full. There were about 6 empty tables, but they were stacked with garbage and food. A guy even had to sit at a table stacked with dirty bowls and garbage. My burger was okay. My fries were perfect.

Since I was in a Smashburger, I was happy to see one next to my hotel. I ordered the $15 double brisket burger online and was expected to wait for a hot, juicy and fresh burger directly from the grill. What I got was a dry, overcooked and cold burgers moments after entering; obviously not close enough time to cook unless it was prepared earlier. The brisket was cold, dry, burned and tough to eat, and don?t get me started on the bacon; totally inedible. I ate half since I was hungry and threw the rest away. I hope it's just this place and not the whole franchise? What a waste of $15!

Very disappointed with my meal tonight. I ordered the Truffleburger and it took 39 minutes to get my meal. The place was not very busy, and when I got it, it was cold. I was then informed that they were from truffle Mayo, so my truffleburger had no truffle on it. My wife's burger came up with Mayo when she didn't ask for Mayo. We cost the pommes, and the burgers were good, even if it's cold. A little frustrated. Not the experience I had with other Smash Burgers.

My favourite place!!! I recommend getting only one patty so that the beef taste does not override the taste of the bungalow, which is excellent. The frige sauce used to be the absolutely best out there, but it changed a few years ago. I add a lot of ketchup to the new version to make it good. (Habit Burger is my new fry sauce king and my second or third favorite place above all.

The guys working were so happy to see us and take our orders. We enjoyed the BBQ bacon cheddar burger and a strawberry shake. When they brought them to our table he was smiling and happy to chat for a moment. Thank you for the great experience and I miss the smashburger in St George.
