Domino's Pizza - Lehigh Acres

I am not a person who eats a lot of pizza so when I do I want it to be good. The Lehigh Dominos is certainly not a franchisee I would consider outstanding in any way. This is an average pizza chain store with less than average food quality and the localcustomer service is nearly nonexistent. When placing an order their attention to detail is lacking with special requests such as?well done bake? have been ignored and toppings omitted altogether on several occasions. In addition during the Covid days thestore manager refused to honor the ?Two minute Guarantee? for curbside service. The fact that the store goes rogue against itsfranchise charter is a red flag to me. Perhaps they choose to ignore the cleaning standards as well. In summary; they are hitor miss on quality and don?t bother complaining when your order is not correct or late. However if it?s simply cheap, fill thevoid type food your seeking Dominos specials are a hard to beat value.

I thought all Domino's were the same we recently moved to Lehigh from off Palm Beach the Domino's on Palm Beach is awesome they always put a good amount of toppings on their pizzas, and they are beautiful, the one here on homestead road I'll never orderfrom them again I'll drive all the way over to Palm Beach before I buy another pizza from them they don't put hardly no toppingson their pizza and it doesn't taste the same at all very unsatisfied with my purchase this time

I just ordered two large pizzas and some wings! I have to say, this Domino's location has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, and they manage all the orders seamlessly. Jay, the lovely lady who took my order, was exceptionally kind! The manager, Christian, did an excellent job communicating with his team. I will definitely be returning to this location from now on!

I placed an online order for two pizzas. My husband received exactly what he ordered, but mine was completely wrong. The toppings, the sauce, and even the crust were not what I requested. What happened? I've never had issues customizing my pizza like this before.

Wow! I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have to admit, my first order from this location was cold and unappetizing, but when I ordered again a week later, my experience was completely different. The food was cooked to perfection! The crusts were soft and fluffy, and the toppings were just right! They did forget one of my items, but when I called, the woman I spoke with was incredibly apologetic, kind, and understanding. Then, to my surprise, the store manager, Kristian, offered to personally deliver the missing items! He came right over, and he was so polite and friendly, complete with a big smile and a genuine apology. Now that's what I call customer service! I'm really impressed and will definitely return to this branch! Great job, everyone who was working tonight!
