My boyfriend thought we didn't get our dunkin giftcard back when going through the drive thru and we called and spoke with Andrea (spelling? and she was amazingly helpful and nice! She placed me on a quick hold and looked in the trash and then took my name and number down and offered to look at the cameras to confirm. She was so friendly and I couldn't believe she offered to look at the cameras from the morning to find a $16 gift card, great customer service! I called her back 30 seconds later after my BF admitted the gift card magically appeared in his pocket, smh! Great service and quick drive thru and the coffees that morning were perfect! I wish all employees were like Andrea!

I would have rated this restaurant higher, but over the past few months, the service has not been great. When I tried to speak with a manager, the assistant manager responded with attitude, despite the fact that as customers, we are essentially paying their salaries. They seemed indifferent to my disappointment in their service and even snapped at me, claiming they were having a bad day and that I was making it worse. As an assistant manager, it's part of their job to handle customer complaints. Their pay has increased to $15 an hour, yet orders are messed up nearly every time I visit, and I've even received poorly made coffee on two separate occasions in a single day. Their approach to customer service has caused them to lose a loyal customer; it seems I was blamed for their being under-staffed and busy, and it appears I shouldn't expect to receive everything I paid for.
