Bidra med feedbackWe went there on a Monday evening for dinner. We were 5 people, some of which German speakers, so they cannot blameit on the language. We were given a table, but we had to wait for a while before someone took our drink orders, while a waitress was cleaning tables around us ignoring us. Arriving ONE HOUR AND A HALF before they closed, we expected some more sushi going on on the kaiten, but after 15 minutes after we started, they stopped serving salmon sushi and they kept rolling the same sushi for over an hour. At the end, when we complained about having eaten literallly ONE shrimp, because they kept the same omelette nigiri going forever, and we were quite bored with that, they said that we could have ordered more sushi of our choice if it was not on the kaiten. Same thing for sweets and fruit. Now, this thing was not written ANYWHERE, not in German, in English or any other language and it was specific duty of the staff to inform customers about this option. It was only a way to keep us from knowing we could have more and a cheap and dishonest way to save money. If you want to save money, do not open an all you can eat. Never again you will see us there.
I have been here with friends a couple of times now. The food is FANTASTIC. It cannot be faulted in anyway whatsoever. It’s fresh, delicious and the sushi train is always full. The one downfall is the service. They are clearly understaffed. The staff are unfriendly, rude and incompetent. We waited 20mins at least for someone to take our drinks order, waited another 20 minutes to receive them to then find out that the drinks were wrong. Some of the staff don’t speak the best English or German, which makes communication hard. The ones that do speak German don’t listen anyway. If ordering extra dishes which aren’t on the train, it often happens that they have run out of certain things. If they do have it, it is usually brought to the table quickly.
Enter into a creatively designed and lit space dominated by the sushi train centre from which the chefs produce various small sushi plates for diners’ selection. Limited fish varieties, sushi selection and creative dishes compared to other similar places experienced, however the sushi we ate was fresh and well-seasoned (if slightly on the salty side, to suit German tastes). Miso soup and Genmaicha tea come in generous servings. Staff basically leave you alone to serve yourself from the sushi train. Average overall.
Always our contact for good sushi. Fresh. Varied. I didn't eat the Edamame better. If you ask, the sushi cook also fills the favorite dinner on the band, it should not be found any more.
I was there two weeks ago with my family and two months ago with a girlfriend. My companions and I were very happy. On the one hand, it is very nice to see how the individual plates move past the conveyor belt and on the other hand taste very good. The selection is plentiful and the prices moderate. There is the possibility to pay per dish or to choose menus as well as All You Can Eat.
