Bidra med feedbackTuesday, October 20th, we're at 12:15. The room is practically empty, 5/6 people max. Five people? No, impossible and in the tone it's go see elsewhere!!!! I will not make this review if at least the person had been friendly, but it is far from being the case, we disturb her! I better understand the remarks of other travellers who denigrate this place! We wanted 5 Flam, of which it seems that they are specialists.. bravo to the pseudo restorers, they do not participate in the quality image of this beautiful region, of Alsace! We ate an excellent Flame at the 4 Châteaux Restaurants at Flekenstein Castle! A frozen probably... but it's nice to be welcomed.
On holiday in Lembach for a few days, I decided to organize our arrival by booking a table for the evening of our arrival a few days before. In the evening, we go to the restaurant for 8:26 and we get fucked because the kitchen closes at 8:00!??? The manager did not keep me informed of this modality when I booked. It is really not professional to act like this especially when customers book and present themselves at the restaurant. We're very disappointed.
The flambée nature pie is excellent! Only disappointment to the munster where there is no onion or bacon, and that's a shame, it's only flat. I'll go back with great pleasure!
The torched pie is excellent and always of the same quality. Very good address for this type of dish. I recommend this establishment.
Small, inconspicuous, simple, manageable menu. What you can't say about the flame cakes are the best you can get in Alsace. A family business, a lot of locals. The wine is from the Cave in Turckheim, the value for money is perfect. Whoever expects a restaurant with a big map is wrong here, who loves flame cake, has to go here. We had the gratined and dessert the apple-flavored cake with Calvados. A dream!
