The manager and staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. We really enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the location.

I was quite dissatisfied with the service at this location. The staff seemed inattentive to our orders, making us wait for an extended period without any explanation. Overall, it appeared that the staff lacked competence.

The customer service at this Shakey's is the fastest I've experienced among all the locations we've visited. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, clearly aware of their responsibilities. Great job!
