Little Caesars Pizza - Lemoore

I called this location 20 times because my order was wrong, and nobody answered. The phone would pick up and hang up each time. This is the worst Little Caesars in the Central Valley. I'd recommend driving an extra 5 minutes to go to Hanford instead.

I ordered delivery for lunch yesterday, but my food never arrived. They claimed it had been delivered, and when I spoke with a rude manager who was trying to make jokes, I explained that it seemed they had given my food to a random person. He responded dismissively, insisting I must have taken my food from inside, which I definitely did not. I told him he was being unreasonable, but he refused to issue a refund. I've contacted my bank and will dispute the charges since I was billed for something I never received. This company seems to hire anyone, even those with very little common sense.

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child—I even attended its opening day! Now that I'm 32 years old, I have to say that the customer service has been disappointing over the past few months, especially last month. The staff either lacks professionalism or seems to be under the influence. There's a noticeable lack of urgency and care for the customers. I've seen this happening in Lemoore, and something needs to change. This restaurant is a landmark in our city, and it deserves better. If you're going to hire people, at least hire those who genuinely care about the customers.

This place is terrible I ordered wings a sausage pizza. When I appeared to get my order, they claimed to be out of wings and the manager who worked said he could give me a refund because I placed the order online?? So I just had to eat the cost of the wings and about it, my statement? Pizza was indeed pepperoni, and I didn't notice until I got home. Oh, yeah, I paid for sauces on the side and they said they were? so I basically wasted $20 and the pizza was warm. customer service wasn't even good.

Love this location!!! Karen and Travis are AMAZING!!! Always greeted the moment I walk in the door. This location is very busy, and they always rise to occasion. The workers are always busy and smiling! I love to come here every chance I can!! Thank you Karen and Travis!!!
