Holy Land Cafe - Lenexa

The Holy Land Cafe is a Kansas City treasure. I have been eating here for nearly 18 years and I have never been disappointed. In fact, it's so so so good. I have tried nearly every Lunch Menu item and they are all delicious. My favorites are the #7 #9. The hummus is crazy good, and the red spicy stuff they add is perfect, just enough spice to light it up a bit. Staff are always friendly. And you can be in and out of there easy for a 1- hour lunch.

Inexpensive lunch. The staff was super accommodating. The black tea was very tasty. I had the number 11.

We probably just had a mediocre one time experience, and I still plan to come back and give this place another try.
