Bidra med feedbackI think I just paid $5.46 for bitter tasting water with a spinkle of dragonfruit pieces. The people are nice and they were fast but this mango dragonfruit refresher was not refreshing.
I recently ordered from Starbucks using their mobile app and had a positive experience. Although my drink was ready a few minutes late due to a busy drive-through, the barista was kind and informed me that my drink was next. My birthday drink I ordered was made perfectly, looked delicious, and tasted just as good! The service was efficient, and the store had a good atmosphere. I would recommend this location.
Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a drink. When I paid she put the card reader down and I chose no tip. She said the card didn’t take so I did it again. This time she didn’t give me the option. Hands me my card and I leave. This evening I am looking at my statement and see the amount different than what she had told me. She gave herself a tip! That is theft and she should be terminated. The entire tip function needs to go away. If we want to tip a server we will. I’m so beyond frustrated.
I went through the drive-thru during lunch for a coffee. They were the NICEST people working in the drive-thru. My drink was perfect. It made my day!
Starbucks used to be our favorite spot, but the employees don’t seem as cheerful as they once were. My orders often come out wrong, and I’ve even been told how to order a drink I’ve been getting for the last 15 years. How else is one supposed to order an iced caramel latte? It’s frustrating to end up with a hot coffee and just a pump of caramel instead.
