Firehouse Subs Lenoir City

My colleague and I ordered sandwiches and potato soup from the Firehouse in Lenoir City, Tennessee. As usual, the sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious. However, when we received our soups, one looked like a typical potato soup, while the other resembled mashed potatoes that had been left out for hours. I called the restaurant, hoping to resolve this simple issue, but I was told not to worry about the soup's appearance, as it supposedly didn't affect the taste. I have been a long-time customer, and I remained polite throughout the call, yet no assistance or replacement was offered. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of good customer service these days.

This is an update on my previous review from 2 years ago as I go to this place a lot . Pictured is a cup and a bowl of potato soup that was picked up less than 15 mins ago . The food is good but I miss the Hot Sauces that used to be there. I loved a couple of them and have only gone back a few times (less than I would have) since they're missing. They have a good selection of hot and cold sandwiches that are fresh on a delicious roll. The concept of giving back to first responders is awesome. Will definitely continue to support this business. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
