Cook Out - Lenoir

Horrible horrible food, I've gave this cookout multiple chances to get my food correct and they fail almost every single time look at this mashed onion rings I got.

Ethan was extremely helpful and friendly. We have a problem with our order he jumped right in to action. That’s how I knew his name. I had him to tell me so I could give him a good review.

Average fast food. I had hot dogs and the buns were stale. The topping on the burger were skimpy and the production and delivery of my shake was slow, 15 minutes. I will probably not dine in again and just pick up shakes which are good mainly due to the wide flavor selection.

So I go there weekly I love this place BUT I ordered a chicken ranch wrap expecting chicken and RANCH and some uncooked cheese. We are from the south we expect loads of ranch when ranch is advertised you wanna know what I got? A DOLLAP. A molecule of ranch, the same thing with my daughters 2 ranch wraps as well. I will continue giving you guys business but I expect more; as a single mother recently divorced cookout is a great comfort for my family and my kids love it when I bring it home to the double wide.

This place has gotten worse and worse over the past year. Literally received a half of a hamburger tonight in my child’s tray. Let’s jack the prices up and then give you half of what we are supposed too. Great job guys we definitely need to raise your wages!!! The owners/chain manager needs to step in and adjust their current management because the ones they have now are pathetic.
