Bidra med feedbackThis is the third and final time we've received what you staff call biscuits, but they’re more like doorstoppers! Come on, Lenoir KFC, where’s the pride in your biscuit-making? I pay good money for these, and all I get are doorstoppers! Management doesn’t seem to care, and you don’t even answer the phone to hear about it.
The tater bowls are quite good if you skip the cheese. The chicken has improved lately; it seems they've stopped straying from the Colonel’s original methods. There was a dip in quality when Breedens changed ownership, but it seems to be getting back on track now. I wonder how often they change the oil? I suspect the old Breedens chicken was cooked in lard, as it tasted excellent back in the day.
I went for lunch and was informed that there would be a 10-minute wait for the extra crispy chicken I ordered. To my surprise, a chicken restaurant was out of chicken—what?! After 15 minutes, they told us they had the original recipe available, but we would need to wait another 13 minutes for the extra crispy option. We decided to get a refund and leave. This was the second disappointing experience we've had in just two visits. We will not be returning! Management really needs to reconsider their strategy.
The lady at the counter lied through her tooth when she told me that I couldn’t order an 8 piece with all drumsticks (legs) I was willing to pay whatever the price it was for the special request!!! My wife and two daughters only eat the drumsticks! The KFC in Hudson has let me order this that way and did not charge me anymore than what an 8 pc all dark would cost. I’m sure the colonel has turned over in his grave because of the way you’ve ran this KFC into the ground! One star and will never be back!! I’ll go to the other five chicken restaurants that Lenior offers!
Bad experience. Waited 25+ minutes for 8 piece chicken meal at the drive thru. Paid at 6:17pm. The 1st 2nd car AFTER us got food before us. People with a 12piece meal got their order when walking inside. I got a refund at 6:55pm this evening. We came home and made food quicker. The management of this location definitely needs some help, retraining or working equipment!!!! No one knew what happening or what the other was doing??????? Crazy situation and sad. You specialize in chicken but no chicken made, don't tell customers you ran out of chicken, nor make the orders in sequence they are ordered this is a no brainer!!!!!
