First time we command, honestly... disappointed. The general aspect of sushi, maki etc for a professional lets a desire..they are quite small offer not uniform, the salmon doesn't make all the round... Quite stud and doesn't make want. Even home my sushi are cleaner... The taste is correct but nothing crazy. Quite brouillon compare to others given the proposed price
