Cold Stone Creamery - Leominster

I attempted to visit the restaurant at 7:15 PM six times in the past three weeks, only to find that they close early. If they aren’t going to stay open during their listed hours, they should update their schedule to avoid wasting people's time. I was one of four cars that were turned away. After dinner is a prime time for ice cream, so it doesn't make sense for them to close then. When I inquired about their hours, the staff member was quite sassy and rude.

I would not recommend this restaurant. They used being short-staffed as an excuse for everything. We waited an hour before placing our order, and it still wasn’t ready. I ordered a custom birthday cake, but it was canceled right after I placed the order due to their policy requiring up to 72 hours for cake preparation. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

During my first visit, the ice cream was excellent, and they mixed it on a chilled stone, which reminded me of Steve's Ice Cream at Faneuil Hall from years ago.

Eis textur is pretty good. they added only a small amount of mix-ins. the mix-ins were small. nothing like the advertised photos. a step up from food business ice cream. if they would like to shop near, they would visit each other again.

After standing in line for 20 min and only making it halfway to the counter I tapped out and left..
