My family and I took our kids out for ice cream in the evening, as we usually do. We ordered the small scoop with gummy bear toppings and asked for sprinkles, as we always do (we come here three times a week). However, this time, they only gave us six gummy bears for toppings, which is less than usual, so we raised our concern. They insisted that this was the standard serving. It seemed like the three employees were conversing with each other, which was disappointing. It was disheartening to encounter this lack of transparency from a place we frequent almost daily, and it left us feeling disappointed and uneasy. We hope they will conduct their business in a more honest manner in the future.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The manager was uncooperative and difficult to deal with. They were insistent about the toppings that were supposed to come with the sundae, causing a lot of back-and-forth arguing before we received what was included. By the time we got our order, the ice cream had started melting. If you plan on getting food or ice cream here, I suggest going somewhere else.

They made an error on UberEats by pricing their cookie pizza at 1.23 each. I ordered 2, but 15 minutes later they removed them from the site. I received a call from a restaurant employee who informed me they could not honor the mistake and advised me to cancel and reorder correctly next time. The employee was arrogant and a bit rude. It would have been better if they had honored the mistake they made.

Took my two children here, lady behind the counter seemed incapable of smiling. I ordered a Reese's layered sundae. She made it with Reese's pieces instead of peanut butter cups. Said they were out of the cups. Looked nothing like the photo on the order board. Reese's pieces where stail. Kids ordered single comes, they received single cups. Should have sent it all back and got our money refunded. Not a fun experience.
