The meat was almost like chewing-gum.Then followed 5 dishes, small and difficult to get a decent opinion of.Non of them rememberable. All the fuss with changing knives, forks and spoons for every dish, plates that feels like eating on stone,(what is wrong with decent porcelain), is just wrong in energy-saving times. 10 dishes was 5 too much. 400 euros for 3 SMALL tastes of wine, a sommelier that whispers, a very small cup of coffee, that is halv full AND cold, is almost an insult to the guest. The atmosphere was stiff and non-relaxing.One felt like whispering all the time. Use your money somewhere else,where there is joy, laughter and decent dishes served in a sustainable way.
Un cadre magnifique, une équipe à l'écoute et toujours professionnelle, nous permet de savourer gourmandement toutes ces belles assiettes qui se succèdent, aucun faux pas, que du plaisir et une seule envie : revenir le plus vite possible.
Nous avons été enchantés de notre dîner à l'Ekrin. L'accueil et le service étaient parfaits, et les plats étaient délicieux. Les saveurs étaient exceptionnelles. Le chef a même pris le temps de venir nous saluer. C'est un établissement à recommander.
