Visiting Baztan Bidasoa and without prior knowledge we entered the Zantzonea for lunch 6 people. What a pleasant surprise. Yolanda, owner and cook, with training at the Berasategui school, attended wonderfully (along with her partner and daughter). Carte or menu, he advised us different dishes to have the opportunity to taste. A very fresh cod, some very well cooked cheeks, some very good white asparagus, homemade desserts,... Platos espectaculares.. todos muy bueno. Déjate aconsejarte de los camareros.. Dueños y staff muy profesionales y atento en todo. Lasañas de verdura y carnes top. Los postres también muy bueno.Falta en el mundo de la hostelería ver gente así que hace bien su trabajo porque ves lo que le gusta y sabes cuidar los clientes. Un buen lugar para parar a tomar algo o comer. Fui a cenar y me atendieron genial, el establecimiento era muy familiar, todos se conocían y daban muy buen ambiente. El personal era atento y agradable.No tardaron nada en prepararme la mesa y tomarme nota. La comida estaba increíble, tanto la hamburguesa completa como las patatas bravas.
