Miss the way tim.hortons was, when they cared more about there food and service then cutting down staff to below min and having to wait forever for your donut and coffee, Corp should go out and surprise visit some of these places that are running 3 people crew during busy times:

Got to love those timbits! The hot chocolate is pretty good too. It seems no matter where you go if you bring a pack of timbits you are always welcome! The apple fritters are also pretty amazing IMHO.

This Tim Horton's absolutely sucks. I've had a sandwich with the bread ripped out of it, snooty and rude employees and I can't even seem to get a single combo when I ask for one.When I ask for a sandwich and soup combo, I want a combo. Not two separate orders of a soup and a sandwich. I even asked for no bread and to specifically make it a combo and still got charged full price(and got bread!!)Please make sure your employees know what they're doing before you put them on drive thru. This is the second time this has happened, its infuriating.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting at the counter and instead of serving me. The cashier decided to call up the next customer in line. I have decided not to buy from that store. I picked up lunch for my son and I. He had a Turkey club, asked for it cut in half. I had a new steak wrap. Lets just say last time I order food from this location. Turkey club wasn’t fully cut in half, didn’t go through second piece of bread and the mayo was all over the out side of sandwich. My wrap was a mess!!! It wasn’t fully wrapped before wrapped in the paper. Sauce and ingredients everywhere. Had to eat it on a plate with knife and fork.I know they are busy but not gonna hurt to slow down and do things Right!
