Wood Berry Grill - Letterkenny

We went here at the end of January. We waited to be served and at least 3 waiting staff passed on a number of occasions and never came near us.. We asked for a highchair for our toddler and oh my god, it was absolutely disgusting with filth and dirt. It clearly wasn 't washed down or even wiped between uses, I had no other choice but to put my child in it though. The 'lady ' who took out the child 's dinner made a snark remark about how many fish fingers were on the plate and more or less said she got given too many for her age. Very strange We thought. The food was average, nothing spectacular. When we went to pay, we were once again left waiting to be severed. None of the staff seemed to be bothered with the customers. We would definitely try to avoid going here again.

Had a lovely meal in here yesterday, our server was called Sean, I think, he was a pleasure, went above and beyond for us, even checked my son had finished his food (hes not a great eater) and brought him ice cream when he was done, hes a credit to the business, social distancing well maintained, we had been bowling before our meal, which is well set out for the times that's in it, we will he back soon

Came to restaurant with my wife and best friend for her birthday. We thought we would have one glass of wine before Bowling. My wife got up to go to the bathroom when she passed me and gave me a kiss on the lips. Next thing we have the manager with short brown hair say to us a sny comment. This is a family restaurant We were completely taken back. We laughed it off but then another comment was made thi s isn 't a bed and breakfast, get a room . Now it was a simple peck on the lips, absolutely not out of context at all. We just want to confirm that the whole venue is amazing and all the other staff were absolutely amazing and polite. Would not recommend anyone ever giving a loved one a small kiss as you may be confronted and made to feel like you 've done something wrong when it was absurd comment for no reason. (Maybe a bit of jealousy)

Went here this evening for a bite to eat. Had turkey and ham for my main course. Have to say the turkey was the nicest turkey i have tasted out in a long time. Really had that turkey flavour to it. dinner was delicious,very quick service, and staff were really friendly. There was a great atmosphere will definetly be back

Lunch at Arena 7 on Saturday 13 Oct. Restaurant very quiet. 4 other tables being served. Waited 15 min for someone to take our order. Ordered 2 paninis. After 20/25 mins received our order. Definately not panini. We did not eat them and left to pay. Charged for 2 teas (which we didnt have) and over charged on the paninis. Do not eat here. Stay away.
