The Five Four Grill - Levittown

They took my card when I first arrived to cover my tab but when I tried to leave they told me they lost it and to come back on Thanksgiving(their closed). Finally got the owner involved who found it after 45 mins and my uber left. I expected to receive drinks taken off my tab for the inconvenience/uber fee but the owner seemed drunk and started saying to ask for him next time I come for 2 free drinks. Awful experience and poor management. Will never go again

One of the worst bars in Bucks County! Bartenders dropped our credit card behind the bar, and we were there for several hours. When we tried to close out on Thanksgiving Eve, bartenders said they couldn’t find our card, and we would have to come back tomorrow to find the card. Meanwhile; bar wouldn’t even be open the next day; because it was Thanksgiving! Finally got the owner to search the bar for the card. When he found the card approximately 1 hour later, owner refused to give us any sort of discount for the money we lost on an Uber because we were waiting to find the card, or the time we spent waiting to find the card. Overall inconsiderate; and obviously does not care about their dedicated customers.

Great Place to hangout with friends. The place is big and they have a great venue. We saw some awesome bands. My thoughts are that there is not enough help. Trying to get a drink or food when it's busy is very frustrating. The food seems to be better when it's not busy, maybe overwhelming when it's crowded for the cook. All in All it's a good time. Just pack your patience when it's busy!! Food: 3
