Waterstones offers delicious tea and smooth coffee, with friendly, attentive, and engaged staff. It has quickly become my go-to spot for coffee in Lewes, and I highly recommend their cupcakes. It's unfortunate that Lewes has limited outside seating this year, but you can always buy a book, relax, and enjoy the sunshine while you read.

This charming bookshop offers a unique dining experience with tables set in various rooms surrounded by books. The coffee is delicious and the locally made cakes are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm, making it the perfect place to unwind.

Dropped in and had a nice coffee whilst the wife was shopping. Great cup of coffee, there are plenty of coffee and tea options as well as cold drinks, the usual cakes etc to accompany your drink. Internal and external seating. No complaints.
