Lazania Tandoori - Lewisham

We pop into the Lazania once in a while. Always a good meal, and nice people running it. Soft drinks are a little pricey, but never mind. Excellent curries, and all the meat is halal.

Visited the Lazania Tandoori a few times now and the food is very good and tasty. The chicken balti is a good barometer across curry houses and the Lazania passes with rich tomato and deep spice favours. For something a little hotter the Chicken Joal really packs a tasty combination of spices. The chef has a special red chutney he serves with their poppadoms. He apparently secretly prepares it before the waiting staff arrive for their work so no-one except the chef knows what goes into this fantastic chutney. Recommend for eat in or takeaway.

Great food for the price : Definitely one of the better 'Indians ' I 've visited in London! Not serving alcohol when I visited (ramadam perhaps? , but were happy for me to purchase some from the shop next door.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. The food was delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new. We even received some extra treats from the staff which was a nice touch. Thank you to the staff for a great meal.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant but unfortunately never got to try the food. They cancelled our order 30 minutes after we placed it, which was very disappointing. If a restaurant is unable to fulfill an order, they should communicate this promptly instead of waiting and then cancelling last minute. This was a very poor experience.
