Twenty minutes later, just as he was about to leave to pick it up, Amato’s called us back to inform us that they had no pasta and hadn't even started making our order. This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience I've had in a long time. Congratulations on that front, Amato’s; you’ve lost my business for good.
I ordered three chicken salads, but there was barely any chicken in them, and my order wasn't complete either.
This is frustrating! I've had the same issue two times in a row. After paying, I discovered that I was overcharged. Today, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs with two extra meatballs. I was charged for them, but they weren't included in my order. I could ask for a refund, but that seems like a hassle. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Ordnete a ham Italian specifically asked for no onion no green pepper to come home and it is loaded with it. I called politely and spoke to a male employee who said he shouldn't give me a refund because I went with my sandwich without complaints, but how should I know they were on my meal. I asked his name and manager name and said they had no manager and refused to give me his name. Completely disgusted by this company and will never allow to go my money.
