Your food is absolutely excellent! Everything we've tried so far has been incredibly delicious. The crispy chicken is moist and tender with a perfect crispy exterior. Both the green curry and panang curry have a very authentic flavor. The satay chicken was fantastic as well. One dish I was a bit skeptical about was the pineapple fried rice, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I usually associate fried rice with the dry, soy-sauce-heavy versions you find at many Chinese restaurants, so I didn't expect to be impressed. However, this rice was moist, with deep and complex spices, and the pineapple blended perfectly with all the other flavors without feeling out of place. If you're feeling adventurous, definitely try the pineapple fried rice—you won't regret it!

The staff is friendly and helpful. We requested our meals to be prepared vegan, and the chef was very accommodating. The dishes we had were outstanding! The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back soon.

Incredible Thai food at the old Cathay hat on Lisbon Street. Overall, it offers a much better value compared to any Thai restaurant I've tried in Maine.

They've come to Pepper/Spice for a long time. Absolt love the imperial noodle in the spicy chili sauce with pork. Hard to find in most Thai restaurants. The first time today to get it from the new place. As usual. My complaint is that I ask for an extra small thing of the sauce. Life in Bethel and by dinner the sauce is absorbed some. You charge me a $1, and believe me, it's a SMALL small cup. Seems childish for a good customer.
