Bidra med feedbackFood is typically fine but the drive thru has a 90% failure rate. They almost never have our order correct. We either travel the whole way home only to find items missing or we catch the issues before leaving and go inside to have it corrected, but the employees act as if it's our fault the order is wrong.
They should have a minus star rating because mine would be at least a minus 10! My husband I placed a breakfast order at the drive through selecting a #4 #9 both with small coffees (simple you would think) they screwed up the entire order, which we didn 't discover til we were on the road. We typically don 't eat at McDonald 's because they screw something up every. single. time! This was a different location so we thought we were safe but no.....seems like every McDonald 's continues the tradition of screwing everything up!
Not one to normally complain but ? Stopped for breakfast to use app that had by one bk sandwich and get one free gave the code and was told no longer running that deal. Got sandwich anyhow and of course one sandwich full of egg shells. Stopped by later for lunch and ordered 2 cheeseburger just ketchup and received them with everything. Went inside store and ask politely for 2 more cheeseburgers. Got back to car and this time had no cheese on burger s I give up
Food was cold, employees suck (meaning their attitude) and they always seem to mess something up.
The food was disgusting . Dry stale burgers . The customer service was absolute garbage . Kept cutting me off as I was speaking and being rude because I had to ask questions and it was holding up her day ! This is what happens when ya hire teenage kids with no sense of work
