The customer was loud and belligerent, she handled it professionally. The customer kept asking for her name and telling the employee she was rude, I did not get that impression. The customer raised his voice, he was out of line. You did good, girl!! Shake it off #safetyvest
There's a reason why this place has bad reviews. First time to this place and my last time, subs are way smaller for the price, they have competition that offers better subs and the service was not the best. I know I came ten minutes before closing time and the service was not the best, perhaps for the time I came in. No worries, my last time at this place!
I wish I had the employees name that was very rude to me. I ran in to pick up an online order while on a meeting with one other person. I forgot my earbuds but figure it was okay since it was an order I can just grab and go. When I asked for my order she proceeded to tell me to get out of the store (5 seconds before handing me my order) because “nobody wants to hear that” which mind you there was someone else behind me on the phone on speaker who was there well before I entered the store, I just told her my name for the order like she asked so it’s not like I was ignoring her for my phone or anything she just came at me rude. Because of her actions I won’t be visiting again. I know this won’t do much but I hope her leadership sees this and corrects her actions.
