Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Feedback

Went with my friend for Taco Tuesday promotions. For both of our lunches it cost a little over $13 !!!! That 's with water for drinks. Food was great.

Meh.. Mexican food is too cheap to make, to be charging those prices at those portions. Very generic-tast8ng food, no frills.
