Arby's - Lexington

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium roast beef sandwich and a lemonade, along with curly fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, and the roast beef sandwich was just mediocre. It might have been due to the time of day, as it was between lunch and dinner. The service at the drive-thru could have been friendlier; the young man who assisted me seemed a bit disinterested. I’ll give them another chance on a different day.

The roast beef at Arby's doesn’t taste like it did a few years back. The person at the drive-thru seemed rather unhappy and not very pleased to be working there.

The service was good, but the employees were so loud that the cashier couldn't hear our order. They were yelling back and forth to each other. I won’t be dining in again.

How do you possibly run out of roast beef? And right at lunchtime too? Clearly someone dropped the ball. EDIT: went back again today. They literally asked multiple times if I wanted sauce, and I confirmed I wanted Arby's sauce. Then they had me pullforward. 4 cars later they finally bring my food...no Arby's sauce. This place is terrible. Never had an actual good experiencehere.

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone was smiling and conversational. Just a happy bunch of people. Food was delivered very quickly and hot. The store was extremely clean and the local community newspaper was a nice touch. Thanks for a greatexperience.
