Wendy's - Lexington

Bryanna (name at reception) in the window and the other girl must have had a really rough day. The attitude was incredibly rude. (I was Manager for Wendys 2 years ago) Essen was Suuuper old, as if I had written my employees for it! I had to stop and get food from the Taco bell because I couldn't trust I could get my food back. They also forgot my chili that I had to sleep for her. Bryanna was so angry that she forgot that she did her job right. I'd never come back here again. I don't even understand how stressful innocence can sometimes be. But ive never treated a customer like that..

Food always fresh Just to make sure that smile friendly face at drivethru please

I travel a lot and need to be able to eat on the road. Over 90% of the time I can't eat at restaurants because I see employees wearing masks that DO NOT cover both Mouth and Nose. Happily, I watched carefully at this Wendy's location and everyone was covered up!!! The cashier was polite and the food was delicious! Thanks for feeding my when I was out of town!!! It is good to see a business getting it right!

The restaurant was clean, the server was friendly and helpful, and the meal was expertly prepared. I really enjoyed my experience.

This Wendy's is decent for a fast food restaurant, but make sure to check your order before leaving as their accuracy can be spotty. The service is friendly and quick, though!
