Kfc Gran Via 2

I can't evaluate the service or atmosphere because I've only ordered delivery so far. I don't know what it is, but I've tried multiple KFC locations and there's something about this one specifically that makes their burgers so much better than the other ones. Maybe the employees making the menus are putting more care into balancing the ingredients, I'm not sure, but each time I have ordered from this one I have gotten surprised by how tasty it was. I never had that experience at any other KFC, just that it's been okay. So I guess you could say you can get KFC at its best here

The tables were terrible!!! Left with the dirty packages and food. Youngster were EXTREMELY loud! The girl who took our order was VERY helpful and cordial. I saw the one server “cleaning/clearing” the tables but not wiping it of!! I at least had wipes with me that I could clean the table after I had to dispose of the previous diners food and containers. Is this the Spanish way of leaving your tray’s on the table? Indeed a culture shock to me and I travel a lot!!

Comida rápida,pero en la orden de olvidaron de poner pajitas y las pegatinas del menú diablo,la pagina que dice que usando el ticket te dan un producto gratis ,al poner la fecha no va

La comida estaba buena ,pero solo habíamos pedido 2 piezas de pollo picante y nos dieron 5 ,casi se me sale la tripa xD, el ambiente era un poco asfixiante pero era porque había mucha gente, no había tanta gente que atendiera
