Bisteca Steakhouse - Liberal

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was good, though I can't say it was amazing since I only tried the burnt ends. They were decent, but not anywhere near the best I've had in Kansas City—plus, they were served in pretty small portions. If you enjoy BBQ sauce, you might like them. There’s a bar area, but I recommend treating the waiting staff and bartender with respect; unfortunately, a group of guys I saw were quite rude to them. Despite that, the staff remained exceptional.

We traveled from California to East Kansas and chose this restaurant for dinner. It was my wife, son, cousin, brother, and me. Initially, I was a bit hesitant due to the lack of customers, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is very nicely maintained, and the service was friendly. I ordered the ribeye steak for $30, which is a bit pricey, but it was well worth it. It was enough to satisfy both me and my wife. The steak was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned—so good that we didn't even need any steak sauce. The desserts were also very enjoyable. The staff was attentive and prompt throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I've eaten in Bisteca 3 or 4 times when I come to town, and not disappointed yet! Your Calamari Fries (denke cheesestock with Calamari instead of cheese), Sweet Potato Fries and Blackened Chicken Alfredo are all excellent. I had her steak once and it wasn't as good as her pasta. Your burgers are also delicious. Very recommended if you are ready to spend a few extra dollars per meal than other similar restrictions in the city.

First time in Liberal Ks, and was said, Bisteca was the best steak house here. Wife and daughter had the steak, son had chicken roast and I had the black salmon. Everything was great! Would recommend this food to everyone!

What a fantastic find in Liberal, KS! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owners take great pride in their food and the overall experience they provide. The steaks are hand-cut, and both the French fries and chips are made in-house—what a perfect combination! I could honestly eat here every day, and I even overheard some people saying they do just that. Their lunch specials are the best value in town, offering high-quality, freshly made food at prices that beat fast food. The cheesesteak is simply amazing! And let’s not forget about the drinks—these bartenders are skilled! We enjoyed some excellent margaritas, and they even accommodate requests like salting just half the rim for you. I can’t wait to return. After our dinner, I started following them on Instagram (@the_bisteca), and now I really regret living so far away from Bisteca!
