Atzimba's - Liberty Hill

I can't wait to return! The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable.

If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price, Atzimba's is the place to go. They are very accommodating with special requests and will prepare your meal to your specifications. My husband, who is diabetic, enjoys the three crispy beef tacos without rice or beans. For breakfast, he has eggs, sausage, and a slice of wheat toast. I'm not sure about the carbohydrate count, but he never experiences sugar spikes when we dine at Atzimba's.

The restaurant is now named Elena's Cafe. Although it has the same owner, she is in the process of updating the place and plans to add a bar soon. We frequently come here for breakfast, and it seems that more and more people from Liberty Hill are doing the same. Despite the growing popularity, the service remains quite fast, and the breakfast offerings are excellent. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet.
