Happy Wok - Liberty Hill

I decided to call management just to inform them—maybe it was a new cook or something. The person who answered the phone insisted that the food was always fine and that I didn't know what I was talking about. She said the owner would call me, but five days have passed and I haven't heard anything. This is really poor customer service. I'm frustrated that I had to throw away $50 worth of food, but what disappoints me even more is that I was simply trying to provide feedback without asking for a refund. It's disheartening to feel ignored, especially when the employee I spoke to was very rude and seemed uninformed. Sadly, I can't continue to support a place that doesn't even have the courtesy to respond to customer feedback. I’m really not happy with HAPPY WOK.

I absolutely love the freshness of all their meals every day. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

Eat there occasionally and always find the food great.

I frequently dine here for dinner and everything is fantastic. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable—what more could you ask for?
