Jardin Corona - Liberty Hill

My wife and I had dinner at Jardin Corona on Monday Oct 2nd. I ordered the Jardin Supreme Platter tex mex combo plate) for $17 and my wife order the Enchiladas De Mole for $13. While my wife's mole was definitely solid, my combo plate was incredibly second or third rate! : Maudie's, Eechiladas Y Mas, Dos Salsas, El Patio, El Rancho or pretty much any other central Texas tex mex restaurant will dance circles around Jardin Corona when it comes to tex mex! I've even had better tacos, enchiladas, chalupas, beans and queso from public cafeterias. While some of their other dishes are apparently pretty solid, definitely avoid the tex mex!! I have not eaten here in long time as we have moved from this area. Went in with family for dinner as we were in town for a wedding. The enchiladas were excellent, the drinks were great, and the service was great. There is handicap accessibility and the atmosphere was very good. Their fajitas are great! I thoroughly enjoy them, along with those chips and salsa. Definetly a great place to go if you're craving fajitas or enchiladas. Their staff are friendly and we love to bring the whole family here. They are always really busyon Friday evenings. Their parking situation needs to be more cut and dry, seems like anyone just parks anywhere; theres beenmoments that the parking lot being hectic has made us choose other restaurants.
