Tacos El Norte - Libertyville

Came for outside seats, but since it was still cool, we went back to sit inside. The food and the drinks were decent. It was very dead inside during dinner on a weekday.

Excellent food and a lovely outdoor seating area. This is my favorite location among the various Tacos El Norte. I really enjoy the Prosecco drink on the terrace!

Tacos El Norte in Libertyville is a top-notch establishment. The restaurant is always clean and frequently bustling with polite, friendly patrons. The prices are reasonable and the menu offers a fantastic variety. They have an extensive beer selection and a fully stocked bar. There are plenty of seating options, including a semi-private area for small parties or meetings. Free parking is available, and the restrooms are kept clean. Casual business attire is recommended for visitors.

We went for lunch after a movie and had a wonderful experience. The service was quick and friendly. They served the best salsa as soon as we sat down. Our food arrived promptly, hot, and exactly as ordered. I ordered the enchiladas from the à la carte menu and turned it into a combo, while my husband enjoyed the beef chimichanga. We were both thoroughly satisfied and comfortably full! The total, including tips, was around $20. I absolutely love having a great Mexican restaurant up here in the far north!
