The best dinner on the island. Everything is hot and frssh, ready to order. You are very busy and short employees, so don't be impatient You're on Kauai time! Pork belly Tinono is the best.

Flavorful food, the main dish or sandwich is the best part. Appetizers and fries are run of the mill. I had the teriyaki beef sandwich, it was great! You'll have to get off the main road to find it, but it's not difficult.

We're from Seattle and we're visiting Kauai, and Harley's pig belly Tinono is the best I ever tasted, and I cost a lot of Tinono pigs belly in my life. Juicy, has many fats (which I like in a pig belly) and delicate pigs belly. The rice and Mac are also very tasty, and it is good with the Tinono. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back to Kauai for the next time. Great job Harley?

It?s a small store in an industrial area so it would be easy to miss. We ordered the Hawaiian pork belly, Cajun shrimp, and broiled mahi mahi. The pork belly was by far the best of the 3- super juicy and lots of flavor! Currently during covid they only offer takeout with no seating options.

My wife and I recalled Harley's from a few years back. They moved to a new location, an industrial area, kind of out of the way. The price was probably half of what other restaurants would charge, and the quantity of beef surpasses any other place I have ever been. Not fancy, but all other requirements are fulfilled. Good, quick service!!
