We ordered pancakes, but when my husband and I received our meals, my daughter's pancakes were still missing. I reminded her that we were still waiting for the pancakes, and she looked confused, asking, "Oh, so you do want the pancakes?" This added an extra 10 minutes to our wait. Eventually, she brought out a cheap-looking Mickey Mouse pancake that my daughter wouldn't even touch. While the Eggs Benedict was good, the poor service left such a bad impression that it overshadowed the quality of the food.
