Starbucks - Lihue

What can I say about Starbucks. The same expensive coffee all over the world where they have their shops. Most everywhere here on the island is half the price with better coffee with real Hawaiian coffee

Love this place. i always try and get new drinks using the starbucks secret menu and they always surpised me??. it is located in lihue kukui groove it is the just beside macys together with jamba juice. i always use my starbucks stars. sometimes i even earn free starbucks. Kuddos to all staff for doing their best service??. Mahalo ??

This starbucks must be the MOST understaffed of them all- they are constantly closed midday on weekdays (from 1 pm on) with a sign on door even tho they advertise they are open. Driven here a few times from work (1:00 or 2:00 pm) Just to find them closed early with a note on the door. Totally annoying.

Frequently enjoy a Starbucks drink, but like any business ... it 's hard to find exceptional help these days. The Kukui Grove Shopping Plaza (Lihue, Kauai) location barista lacked customer service and had huge attitude. We made the mistake by taking a plastic green drink stick on counter, and was immediately scolded for doing so. Barista, then only made 3 of our 4 drinks and kept pushing aside our 4th cup and made other orders instead of ours for 10 solid minutes. I had to inform manager of her actions, when Barista tried to intervene, only to have Manger tell her to go make drink and asked us if we wanted a refund, which we declined refund. Kudos for how Manager handled situation.
