Bidra med feedbackIt was 29. July 2022 at 18:30-7:00. I picked up a DoorDash order when the store seemed very packed and secured with orders. An older and nice lady had patiently waited for her a pizza she ordered. When she asked about the status of her pizza, she was given away the pizza and had to wait longer. It's not the worst part. After waiting longer than the time of the cash register, the lady wanted to see if her pizza was placed on the finished shelf. Suddenly, the General Manager comes out and starts YELLING with her to secure herself repeatedly. The lady can hardly speak for herself, as she is already soft-poken and the man overwhelms her. He cries on her to secure her and doesn't even let her speak. When he goes back to the kitchen, I hear that he says to his employee to cancel the order so that she wouldn't get her pizza. Luckily, they didn't. It was the worst thing I saw in customer service. NO staff, ESPECIALLY the General Manager, should treat a customer so, especially because it has not done anything wrong. Fortunately, other customers came to their defense. The lady started crying, and the manager couldn't carefree. Customers demanded that they get their pizza as well as a refund for the bad service they received. When customers continue complaining about the General Manager for the employees, they said we can't do anything about it since he? Our General Manager? When she left with her pizza and refund, I saw the General Manager and an employee (who looked like him) started laughing together. I can't help but think they laugh about them, but what is there to laugh? He cried an older lady and thinks it's funny? This man has left the authority and power of General Manager on his head. I don't know what would have happened if the other customers don't defend the lady. No business should be as childish and disobeyed as he hired. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY, how DISRESPECTFUL treats the customers and how he treats the shop when he is busy.
I was waiting for my order today, Friday 28th July, 2022 6:45, when the Manager started yelling, screaming to a sweet old lady just because she walked a little bit more in front to the line. He made her cry ?. How is this possible??? How this person can be so mean and disrespectful to an elderly!!?? I really hope he gets what he deserves.
Ordered two large pizzas yesterday. A couple hours after eating, both my boyfriend and I got sick. I got the worse end of the stick. I have food poisoning and have been throwing up all night from 11 PM to 7:30 AM this morning.
DJ en Marcos Pizza delightful your services with the customers. Thank for you work and service. I notice how rude the customers we are inpatient and rude and I see DJ diligent, friendly tried to work efficiently. The pizza was really good ? please keep going what you do to show us the kindness always win? Lilburn customer!!!
Today's order was a large pepperoni magnifico, pizza bowl, bread sticks and wings. Everything tasted fantastic. We also knew we would have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow's lunch and a snack for tonight. The delivery was faster than expected once the order was ready to go. Everything was worth the wait.
