I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Colbert, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the service was top-notch. But the real star of the show was the food.I started off with the eggplant appetizer, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The snails were also a standout, with a rich and savory creamy sauce that had me savoring every bite.For my main course, I tried the Gigi penne pasta, which was simply divine. The pasta was cooked al dente and paired perfectly with the rich tomato sauce and savory sausage. And to top it off, I had the soup, which was a comforting and delicious way to end the meal.Overall, I would highly recommend Le Colbert to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in Montreal. The food, atmosphere, and service are all top-notch, making for an unforgettable dining experience. One of my new favorite places in town! And price was very affordable.

Excellent food, the atmosphere was melo, not too many people for a Monday night, which turned out good for conversation. We had a pleasant evening. I highly recommend it. We found parking right in front of the restaurant.
