Was great been too many places and this 1 beats them all

I’ve eaten here many times and this is the only time I really had an issue with meal, so didn’t change the score. Ordered a ribeye sandwich to go. The bread was barely toasted. Ordered medium-well and got medium so it was chewy to meat. Plus the steak needed more trimming to remove the excess fat and gristle. The steak is always seasoned perfectly. I get it with the seasoned rice which is their best side.

Terrible experience ordering take out. Called in 30 minutes prior to the food then paid to for my food, no problem. Wanted about 20 mins then found out the food wasn't ready. Then had to wait another 45 mins to finally get my order. All of this for wings, mac and cheese, and bang bang shrimp. Usually it isn't bad but I was disappointed this time. Not the best experience.
