Kewpee Hamburgers - Lima

Over the past two weeks, we visited Kewpe in both East and West locations, and we were very disappointed. The service was lacking, and the dining area was not clean; the tables were sticky. I understand that there may be staffing shortages, but there has to be a better way to manage the restaurant. Having lived in Lima for most of my life, I used to love Kewpe, but now I've decided to stop going until the cleanliness issue is addressed. The rolls were greasy from being cooked on the grill, and they were left sitting out in front. Please take care of this problem.

I had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, so I decided to stop by when I was in the area. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. It turned out to be just an average burger. I couldn't quite figure out what the hype was all about. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

Kewpee is fantastic. I grew up in Bluffton, Ohio, and I’ve been visiting Kewpee for over 50 years. It holds a special place in my heart, particularly because it was the last restaurant where I shared a meal with my father before he passed away.
