Braeda Fresh Express Café - Lincoln

Last month we placed an online order. My husband had never been there before, so wasn 't sure where the pickup spot was. When he went in and asked for our order the girl rudely told him it was 'over there '. When he got home with it, we were missing a salad and fries. He went back to the store where the same girl told him everything was in the order, but finally remade the fries and gave him the salad. The fries they remade were soggy and gross, so he called the store tocomplain. The girl told him the fries he received is how they 're supposed to be made. She continued to argue with him until he finally said he 'd make a Google review, then she apologized and offered to send gift cards in the mail. Well,they never arrived so here 's your Google review Braeda.

Their food is always fresh, delicious and the workers are always kind. I use them for catering weekly and they are the most reliable and affordable restaurant I work with.

The food is fantastic! It's a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it because your girlfriend or wife will appreciate you for treating her to a meal from Braeda.

We truly enjoyed the food! It was served warm and packed with flavor! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant was very clean. However, my daughter noticed that the staff wasn't very helpful when she went to get a box; it felt like they didn’t want to be there. Nobody seemed to smile, and when I asked for some BBQ sauce, it felt like I was putting them out. Despite that, I will definitely return because I really loved the food!

I'm very glad that Braeda has managed to stay open through all the challenges of the past two years. They provide a refreshing alternative among dine-in restaurants, allowing you to enjoy a meal quickly while still serving fresh, hot, and delicious food. Their soups are consistently excellent, their pasta is perfectly cooked, and the sandwiches and sides have a unique twist that sometimes leaves you craving them. We absolutely love the french fries with Chipotle mayo for dipping!
