Carl's Jr. - Lincoln

I recently visited the Carl's Jr. drive-thru in Lincoln and ordered two loaded burrito meals along with French toast sticks. Unfortunately, the oil used was old, resulting in the potatoes and French toast tasting terrible. I called to express my concerns about the oil, and the manager informed me that they were in the process of changing it while we spoke. She found my receipt and offered to replace my order, but since I live in another town, I mentioned it would be a while before I could return. She advised me to hold onto the food and come back whenever I could. I ended up throwing the food away, and she had all my order details, including the exact time and my name. When I mentioned that they should have known the oil needed changing before preparing my food, she abruptly hung up on me. The customer service was appalling, and it felt like my experience didn't matter at all.

My crisscut fries were cold and clearly left under the warmer for too long, and my hamburger was actually cold as well. This has happened far too many times. I won't be returning! If you don’t take pride in your product, perhaps you should consider a different line of work!

Consistently outstanding service every time I visit! I'm not typically a fast food fan, but this place truly impressed me. The staff is fantastic, and the service is excellent! The food is cooked to perfection, and they're quick to correct any issues with your order. For a fast food restaurant, they have done a remarkable job of keeping their employees. Highly recommend!

Staff is friendly. And food is good and fresh. But everytime I've gone they seem to be painfully slow for a fast food joint. But I assume it's because of lack of employees like most businesses are dealing with right now.

The food was good. The only thing was the Pepsi didnt taste good. But other than night nice people great service!
