Yes the young lady at this time at 9:53 I will say no names she was being helped by a young man and he was OK but she does not know how to be a manager she needsto be retrained she does not know how To Do her job she is the ruddest person I've dealt with in a long time. Lazy!!.
I absolutely LOVE this place! So many smoothie options. I especially love the Razzmatazz with extra strawberries and orange sorbet added. And the Watermelon Breeze with the same extra strawberries and extra sorbet added. Yummy! And its an awesome treatwhen it's hot out and I dare say, I think their smoothies are way better than ice cream! I'd choose this over other typicaldesserts anytime! Oh, and download the app and place a pick up order. Much quicker than way as this place tends to get a lot ofbusiness.
I added some supplements to my drink, but they weren't marked, so when I picked up my order, I had to ask about them. He looked surprised and then I discovered that he had given me the wrong drink and my son ended up with the one containing energy and vitamin boosts—he's only 8 years old! I tried to joke with them to lighten the mood, but they were simply unresponsive. I understand that teenagers can be difficult, but there's no excuse for this kind of behavior in a business. I would like a refund for the price difference and for the swapped drinks. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed to have these employees representing my establishment. A simple smile can make such a difference.
I keep coming back to this restaurant because the staff is incredibly friendly! The atmosphere is great, and they work quickly, which I truly value, especially when I'm in a rush.
I've visited this restaurant three times now, and each time it has taken them 30 minutes to make a smoothie. It's not a pleasant experience.
