Valentino's - Lincoln

This used to be my favorite place to order pizza from. In the last 6 months, the quality has really fallen. The pizza was hot and the delivery driver was so friendly, but the pizza was made sloppy with very little cheese and hamburgers, but WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. Not to mention that the cheese was burned. Me?

Super staff! Definitely 5-star place! And pizza is great!

On July 2nd, a large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Italian sauce ordered. Got home and there on a piece of sourcing was a handful of green peppers. I called and said something. They had advised me that they would tell the Italian sourcing about the remaining pizza if they had a lot of orders. So I'm going back to Valentino.

I ordered two specials with extra cheese. I've been working this pizza there for 45 years. I ran the ovens on Holdrege, in the front window 7 years, while at school. The pizzas I came back tonight were the wimpy est pizzas I had in a really long time. They should have extra cheese, and they hardly had cheese. Apparently, they stopped putting cardboard discs under the pizzas so that they slide before I got them, each edge piece was folded at the end as they rode at the side of the box. Pretty sad excuse for Val's Specials, then at 9:30 I called to complain, they're open to ten, but they wouldn't answer the phone. I've tried three times, I've just been cleaning up. I expect it better for $43. Pitiful Very disappointing

Monday, December 17th, I ordered online a medium pizza at approximately 1:00pm. It was for a pick up delivery at 4:15p. When my husband went in to pick it up, they hadn't even started on it. The guys said he forgot and if my husband wanted to wait 15-20 minutes, he could get it done. EXCUSE ME!! This was ordered at 1:00pm and you couldn't get it done by 4:15p. Definitely inexcusable. Poor service and even poorer management at this place. This is one Valentino's location that we will NEVER order from again. You can also be sure that all of our friends and co-workers hear about this too! Ok I am done with my rant and it appears your site is no better than the service we DID not receive yesterday
